For hormonal reasons, neutered cats are hungrier than before neutering, even though their metabolism has changed and they actually need less energy. It is therefore important after neutering to switch to a food that satisfies your cat well with fewer calories.

Prevents the formation of urinary crystals

Neutered cats often tend to be overweight, which favours the formation of urinary stones. For this reason, the methionine content in all Happy Cat Sterilised dry foods has been slightly increased compared to foods from the Culinary or Indoor lines to prevent the formation of urinary crystals.
